We’re looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships with prospects, and driving growth for our digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable web, software, ERP, and CRM solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing models.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical & design) to ensure project feasibility and alignment.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and report progress using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or business development (preferably in web/software services).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
