Interpretation
The words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to OVN Technologies, No. 9, Infosys Drive, Electronic City, Bangalore – 560100, KA. India.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase services from Us.
  • Service refers to website design, development, or related IT services provided by Us.
  • Website refers to https://ovntech.com.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of service purchase without giving any reason.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  1. Cancellation Before Development:
    • If you cancel the project before development begins, up to 30% of the payment will be deducted as consulting charges.
  2. Dissatisfaction with Initial Design:
    • If you are not satisfied with the initial design (pre-development stage) and no further revisions are requested, 30%-40% of the payment will be deducted for the initial work from the advance payment.
  3. Scope Misalignment:
    • If the final deliverable does not align with the agreed-upon scope of work as documented in the proposal or contract, 70% of the payment will be deducted as a service charge.
  4. Refund Processing Timeline:
    • Refunds will be processed 30 days after the contract is canceled, subject to eligibility.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • If the project is canceled after development work has started or completed.
  • If delays occur due to client-provided content, feedback, or approval.
  • If the client changes the project scope after work has started.
  • For services involving third-party tools, hosting, domains, or licensing fees.
  • If the client fails to communicate or provide necessary information for the project.

Refund Process

  1. Request Submission:
    Refund requests must be submitted in writing to OVN Technologies at support@ovntech.com within 14 days of project cancellation.
  2. Review Process:
    Our team will review your request and evaluate the circumstances to determine eligibility for a refund.
  3. Response Timeline:
    Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days, and you will be informed of our decision.
