Capabilities

The engineering bench behind systems that have to last

AI, cloud, software, data, and security — staffed as practices we will put on a production increment, not a catalogue of logos we cannot operate.

How to Read This Page

Capabilities are how we staff. Solutions are how we engage.

This page is the bench: the stacks and disciplines we put on a delivery. If you need an engagement shape — AI, a platform, a landing zone, a data product — start on solutions.

We adopt your identity, CI, and cloud when they exist. We will not force a house stack onto a governed estate. To scope a review or a first increment, book a consultation.

Capability Groups

The bench we put on a production system

Six practices. Each one maps to a solution engagement — not a logo wall we cannot staff.

AI & Machine Learning

Models, RAG, and automation that write back to the systems operators already use — with monitoring and rollback, not a notebook that dies after the demo.

Cloud & DevOps

Landing zones, Kubernetes, and pipelines you can operate after go-live. FinOps is part of the design, not a later surprise.

Software Engineering

Custom platforms, APIs, and modernization next to the estate you already run. Quality lives in the pipeline.

Data & Analytics

Pipelines and governed products a leader or a regulator can trust. Dashboards wait on an owner and a system of record.

Security & Quality

How We Apply Them

A capability is not a slide

The same delivery model as solutions and industries: a constraint, a coexistence design, and a first increment you can fund.

The stack follows the KPI

We do not lead with a favourite cloud or model. Architecture is chosen against the operating constraint, the estate you already run, and total cost.

Production, not a lab list

A capability is on this page because we will put it on a system with tests, observability, and an owner — not because it photographs well.

Coexistence over a greenfield fantasy

New work sits beside EHR, ERP, TMS, core, and LMS. We integrate first. Replacement is a sequence, not an opening move.

Security in the first increment

Identity, access, audit, and CI gates are how we work. Quality is not a department that inspects at the end.

Stack Map

Technologies we put in the pipeline

A working map, not a vendor mosaic. If your standard is not listed, say so in the consultation — we adopt estates more often than we replace them.

FAQ

Questions about the bench

How this page relates to solutions, whether we force a stack, and how a review starts.

How is Capabilities different from Solutions?

Capabilities is the engineering bench — the stacks and disciplines we put on a delivery. Solutions is how that bench is packaged as an engagement: AI, software, cloud, data, transformation.

Browse solutions
Do you force a house stack?

No. We work inside your standards when they exist — identity, CI, cloud, and language. If those are thin, we help you install a secure SDLC as part of the first increment.

Can you work with our existing cloud and identity?

Yes. AWS and Azure landing zones, Kubernetes, and enterprise identity are typical. We adopt your review gates rather than inventing a parallel estate.

Cloud engineering
Do you staff a capability we do not list?

If the constraint is clear, we will say whether we can own it. We will not add a logo to this page to win a conversation we cannot deliver.

How do we start if we only need a capability review?

A 45-minute consultation is enough to frame the gap. Many programs begin as an architecture or stack review before a build increment.

Book a consultation

Need a capability on a live estate?

A short consultation to name the gap, the stack you already run, and a first increment.
