Avirise Express Logistics managed consignments, dispatch, and fleet operations through phone calls, spreadsheets, and manual paperwork — leaving customers without visibility and operations teams without live data. OVN Technologies built a logistics management platform that automates the journey from booking to proof of delivery, with real-time tracking for both operators and customers.
The Challenge
Consignment booking, dispatch assignment, and fleet coordination were handled manually, making it hard to track shipments in real time or give customers accurate delivery status. Route planning was ad-hoc, proof of delivery was paper-based, and billing depended on reconciling records after the fact — leading to delays, disputes, and limited operational insight.
Our Solution
We delivered a logistics management platform covering the full shipment lifecycle: consignment and order management, automated dispatch and driver assignment, real-time GPS tracking, route optimization, and a driver mobile app for status updates and digital proof of delivery. A customer tracking portal provides live shipment status, while an operations dashboard surfaces fleet utilization, delivery performance, and automated invoicing.
The Result
Dispatch and shipment coordination moved from manual calls to an automated workflow, and both operators and customers gained real-time visibility into every consignment. Digital proof of delivery and automated billing reduced disputes and reconciliation effort, while route optimization and live tracking improved on-time delivery performance.
