These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://ovntech.com (the “Site”), operated by OVN Technologies (“OVN”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Paid engineering work, staffing, and managed services are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or master agreement. Those documents control if they conflict with these Terms.

Use of the Site
You may browse the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or attack the Site or our systems
- Scrape the Site in a way that harms availability or violates law
- Introduce malware or interfere with other users
- Misrepresent who you are when you write to us
- Use Site content to train a public model or competing product without our written permission
- Copy the Site design or branding for a confusingly similar site
We may suspend or block access if we believe these Terms are being broken.
No offer, no advice
Content on the Site — including solutions, industries, capabilities, case studies, and insights — is for information. It is not legal, financial, medical, or engineering advice, and it is not an offer to contract. Capabilities and outcomes described in case studies are specific to those engagements. Your results will depend on scope, constraints, and the systems you already run.
A consultation request is an inquiry, not a booking until we confirm it in writing.
Intellectual property
The Site, including text, layout, graphics, logos, and compilation, is owned by OVN Technologies or its licensors. All rights reserved. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link for editorial use. You may not copy the Site, reuse our marks, or redistribute case-study or insight articles as your own.
Client names and marks appear only to describe work we delivered. They remain those clients’ property. Case studies do not imply an ongoing endorsement.
Software, models, and documentation we deliver under a contract are licensed or assigned only as that contract says — not by these Terms.
Inquiries and forms
When you email us or use a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to send it. Do not submit confidential client data, personal data of others, or regulated records through the public Site. We may refuse or delete messages that look abusive, spam, or unlawful.
We aim to reply to genuine business inquiries sent to support@ovntech.com within one business day. We do not guarantee a response to every message.
Engagements
Any consulting, design, build, or support work starts only when both sides agree in writing (email confirmation, proposal acceptance, or signed SOW). Fees, IP, confidentiality, SLAs, and liability for that work are in that agreement. Website copy does not set those terms.
Careers
Job posts on the Site are invitations to apply, not offers of employment. We may close, change, or not fill a role. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship.
Third-party sites and embeds
The Site may link to LinkedIn, X, Google Maps, and other sites. We do not control those services. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OVN Technologies and its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or inability to use it. Our total liability arising from the Site is limited to INR 5,000, except where liability cannot be limited (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
This cap does not replace the liability terms in a signed client contract for delivery work.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify OVN Technologies against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any forum to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Site after a revision is acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
