- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and position OVN's AI, cloud, and software engineering services.

- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to scope and shape solutions.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report on progress and forecasts.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2B business development or sales experience, ideally in IT services or software.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable owning the full sales cycle.
Android Developer
Design and build high-quality native Android applications, collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to ship reliable, performant mobile experiences.

- Experience with MVVM/MVI architecture, Jetpack components, and coroutines.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and offline data handling.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and the Play Store release process.
- Published apps on the Google Play Store are a strong plus.
iOS App Developer
