What We Deliver

Exploration with a path to a real pilot

Research and innovation services — emerging-tech evaluation, proof of concept, innovation labs, and pilots — so you spend on learning that can become a product, not a graveyard of demos.

Emerging technology scouting

Structured evaluation of AI, IoT, spatial, and other bets against your industry constraints.

Proof of concept

Time-boxed builds that answer a technical or user question, with an explicit kill-or-continue gate.

Innovation lab setup

Ways of working, tooling, and a portfolio process so innovation is not a side project in someone's spare time.

Pilot programs

Limited production use with success metrics, security review, and an owner for the next phase.

Feasibility & IP support

Technical feasibility, prior-art context, and documentation your legal team can use.

Executive briefings

Plain-language sessions on what is real, what is hype, and what it would take to adopt.

Delivery Model

Learn fast, decide cleanly

Every innovation engagement has a time box, a question, and a decision. If it should become a product, we already know the first production increment.

  1. 01

    Choose the question

What must be true for this idea to be worth a production budget.

  2. 02

    Spike

The smallest build or study that can answer it.

  3. 03

    Review the gate

Continue, reshape, or stop — with evidence, not optimism.

  4. 04

    Pilot or park

A production-adjacent pilot, or a documented lesson for the portfolio.

Platforms & Stack

Labs use the same engineering hygiene as products

Prototypes still get source control, access control, and a teardown plan. We will not leave unmanaged credentials behind a 'just a PoC'.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about research & innovation

For leaders who want exploration without an unbounded lab budget.

How is this different from a hackathon?

Every engagement has a question, a time box, a security bar, and a kill-or-continue gate. The output is a decision, not a demo reel.

Will you build unbounded lab experiments?

No. We prefer a portfolio of small, funded bets. If an idea cannot state what would make it stop, it is not ready.

What happens when a pilot works?

We already know the first production increment — usually AI engineering or product engineering — and can staff it.

Do you help with IP and patents?

We document the technical work so your counsel can assess IP. We are not a law firm.

How long is a typical proof of concept?

Two to six weeks for a single question. Multi-track labs are sequenced so you are not funding five open-ended streams.
